YouTube has three levels for users. Here are some of the differences between them.

View - watch most YouTube videos without logging in. You will be required to view short commercials.

Login - After logging into your Google account you can create playlists, subscribe to channels, and view your history. Make and upload your own videos, too. Commercials required.

YouTube Premium - pay a monthly fee, no commercials, view/listen offline, and other benefits.

Docs - word processing

Sheets - spreadsheets

Presentation - slides for presentations

Mail - send and receive

Photos - upload/store your pictures

Calendar - online calendar

Sites - design your own web pages

There are lots of options if you want to video chat with friends and family.

FaceTime - Apple to Apple devices only

Zoom - group meetings set on a schedule

Skype - one-on-one or group meetings

WhatsApp - great for international chats

Hangouts - chat from your Google account

Facebook - chat to other Facebook users
